1. Eligibility
Open only to individuals at least 18 (or age of majority if higher) with lawful capacity to view adult content and receive adult digital prizes. Void where prohibited. Not open to persons on OFAC sanctions lists or in jurisdictions where adult content prizes are illegal. Prize fulfillment only where lawful.
2. No purchase necessary; AMOE

3. How to enter (online play)
During the Period, visit https://poundpoundcake.com/date or /wheel, complete the age gate, and spin. Entry limits: one (1) free play per person per day plus unlimited AMOE subject to mail rules. Bots, scripts, or multi-accounting are void.

Grand prize is a live virtual interactive video session only. Excludes in-person meetings and any illegal service. Subject to Site Terms (recording bans, no-shows, cancellation). Prizes are non-transferable. No cash substitution except at Sponsor’s discretion or as required by law. Total ARV of all prizes: $[PLACEHOLDER].
5. Odds
v1 programmed weights (replace before launch): Consolation ~68%, Mid ~24%, High ~7%, Grand ~1%. Actual odds of a scarce grand prize also depend on remaining quantity. Results are generated by client-side JavaScript RNG. All grand-prize and high-tier results require manual validation before fulfillment. Sponsor’s validation decisions are final.
6. Winner determination & notification
Submit the claim form (or email) within 14 days of the result. Sponsor will notify a validated claimant at the email provided. Prizes valued at $600 or more (or as required by law) may require an affidavit, tax forms (e.g. W-9), and/or publicity release.
7. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize may permit Sponsor to use winner’s first name, city/state, Discord handle (if provided), and prize description for advertising. Full legal names will not be posted publicly by default. [Counsel: confirm opt-in vs deemed consent.]
8. Tax
Winners are solely responsible for taxes on prizes. ARV is disclosed for transparency — not as a cash offer.
9. Content license for digital prizes
Personal, non-commercial use only under the Site Content License. No copyright transfer. No redistribution. No AI training use. Virtual date attendance does not grant recording rights unless added in writing.
10. Adult content; 2257

11. Prohibited conduct
Tampering, hacking the wheel, fraudulent claims, harassment, or demanding in-person sexual services in connection with a prize voids entry and may result in a ban and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for lost/late mail, technical failures, or unauthorized intervention.
